REFUND POLICY

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return:

• You must keep the item unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
• You must return the item in its original packaging.
• You need to include the receipt or proof of purchase with the item.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we received your returned item. We will immediately inform you of the status of your refund after the inspection. If we approve your return, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Please note:

• If you cancel your order online before delivery, we will refund the full amount, including the cost of delivery.
• If we have already delivered your order, we will only refund the cost of the returned items, not the delivery charges.

Shipping

Unless the product is faulty or not as described, you will pay for the cost of returning the products to us. If the item isn’t damaged, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.
