Delivery and Returns

Statement:

Delivery and Returns are applicable only to orders placed with Yumen Global Furniture within the UK that are purchased from our UK suppliers. This policy does not apply to bulk international furniture orders.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

We deliver our furniture within office hours, Monday – Friday. Once you have placed your online order, you will be contacted to arrange a convenient date and time for delivery. Our aim is to despatch our in stock furniture within 3 – 5 days depending on the availabilty of stock.

WHAT IF I’M OUT WHEN YOU DELIVER?

We will either leave a card showing options for re-delivery, or we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.

WILL I NEED TO HELP WITH THE UNLOADING?

Our deliveries are usually made by just one person, so for larger items, particularly furniture, you will need to make sure there is someone available to help with unloading. If you are unable to provide help, please contact us so that we can make arrangements for you.

WHAT IF THERE’S A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?

Please contact us quoting the order number located at the top of your order confirmation. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us.

CAN I RETURN UNWANTED GOODS?

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
Needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
During the relevant period if you change your mind or decide for any other reason that you do not want to receive or keep a product, you can notify us of your decision to cancel and receive a refund. Please see our refund policy here.

If you have returned the products to us because they are faulty or mis-described, we will refund the price of the products in full, together with any applicable delivery charges. We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay. Unless the product is faulty or not as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us.

Bespoke contract furniture is non refundable.
